I`ve been involved with investment property on both sides of a transaction. We assist investors who want to buy or sell property.

We`ve established a great reputation in the investment community throughout the country. I`ve noticed something worth mentioning.

I`ve receive calls from investors who want to retain our service by selling their investment property in Florida.

Each have a similar story. They call to inform us they need to sell a home or a parcel of land as soon as possible. The callers take the time to give us the particulars, we speak for an average of 20-30 minutes and each time we explain how we work, i`m interrupted with the same storyline, " I already have a Realtor, who`s placed the home or land on the MLS, I need someone like you to sell our property. "

I`m confused, you have a Realtor, yet you`re calling me with instructions on selling your investment property, but I can`t have the listing?

How do you suppose we`re compensated by LOVE?!

This is really an amazing market, we work with tons of investors who are seeking to purchase great investment opportunities, but, in order for me to notify our clients, we have to have the exclusive listing and place it on the MLS. After all, what guarantees do we have?
