ARCH Business Ventures Ltd, have produced this business information pack to help you determine how ready you are (in your own mind), to start up your new business venture and for us to determine if we can provide you with any assistance that would be appropriate, in consideration of your current business state and circumstances.

We aim to provide you with a quality service that incorporates "Best of Breed" services as a standard. We do not accept every customer that applies to us and if we choose not to act on your business case, then it would be because we do not feel that we could provide the assistance that you or your business requires. This should not impact your business aspirations in any way. It merely means that the structured services we are able to offer you may not be appropriate in your particular stage of your business.

We hope that by the time you have completed the information requested about your business in this information package and return it to us, you will have provided us with sufficient information about you and your business aspirations to ensure that we can determine what services we can offer you in a professional and predictive manner with pre-determined results.

Guidance

Please take the time to read all of the sections very carefully and try to answer as much as you can. The more information that you can provide us, will greatly improve our chances of helping you more effectively. To ensure that you have provided accurate information, we ask you to sign each sheet, to signify that you have completed the forms to the very best of your knowledge and as accurately as you can.

Package Inventory

1. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement: This document prevents us from disclosing information about you and your ideas to others. It also prevents you from disclosing proprietary information about us to others. If you do not sign this and return this document to us, we will not be prepared to engage in any form of business with you.

2. Terms and Conditions Agreement: These are our Standard Terms and Conditions for doing business with you. They represent all of our conditions, for as long as we do business with you. Once we have agreed what services we are prepared to offer you and you have instructed us to act on your behalf, our Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract, along with our Service Level Agreement. You are not required to sign this document before returning the Welcome Pack to us. This Terms & Conditions document is included in this Welcome Pack for your reference purposes only. You should carefully read our Standard Terms & Conditions to ensure that you continue to desire to take advantage of our services. You will be required to sign our Terms & Conditions if we go to formal contract. Our Terms & Conditions are non-negotiable.

3. Preliminary Business Information Questionnaire: This questionnaire will provide us with preliminary information about your business and how you perceive the state of the current progress of your business endeavours. For example, planning, started, running, funding, etc..

4. Included in this Welcome Pack is a general overview in the form of a flow chart about how we handle our customers. We do this without exception in every case.

5. Detailed Process Maps: These process maps define in detail each of the processes we undertake before we go to contract. These process maps are included for your reference purposes only. We will not deviate from our processes or our procedures under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the way we handle individual enquiries, please do not feel obligated to return our Welcome Pack.

We hope that you will find our Welcome Pack useful and reasonably informative about us to ensure that you are able to make reasonable judgements about the way we perform our business functions. You are advised to explicitly seek independent neutral legal advice prior to signing any legally binding documents.

What happens next?

• Once we have received the completed Welcome Pack, we will examine the documents that you return to us very carefully.

• We will agree to meet with you for a one - time no obligation meeting to discuss your specific requirements in more detail at a mutually agreed time.

• On the proviso that we reach agreement, about the services that we are prepared to offer you, we will present you with a Terms of Reference document describing our understanding of your requirements. We would ask you to review and sign this document, confirming that you agree that our understanding is accurate, complete and correct. We require your signature on our Terms of Reference document as it will form the basis of any Service Level Agreement that we are prepared to offer you.

1. Our Terms of Reference will provide a line by line detailed description of all services that we are prepared to offer you, with any associated costs clearly defined in advance on a line by line basis. We do not like surprises and we don't expect to either. There are no hidden costs.

2. It is entirely your choice whether you agree to sign the Terms of Reference document or not, however, we can not proceed without your signature verifying that the information you have provided us is complete. Otherwise, we would reserve the right to charge for additional services outside of our Terms of Reference.

3. Should you elect to completely refuse our offers of service:-

• You are advised that any further contact between us, after the initial consultation, may incur costs on your part. We therefore, reserve the right to: (a) Decline any further meetings or (b) Charge you for our time.

Confidentiality

We will hold all of your information secure and not pass your details or disclose them onto any third party, without your express consent in writing, unless compelled to do so by law. If you elect not to proceed with us, then we will securely destroy any documents you have provided us with. If you specifically require us to return by Royal Mail or any other postal service, you should include a self addressed envelope with appropriate postage when you return the Welcome Pack to us.
